Responsibilities
  • Outside Sales Focus Engage with potential clients through outbound calls to promote and sell State Farm insurance and financial services products.
  • Customer Engagement Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products, addressing customer needs, and building strong relationships.
  • Lead Generation Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling, ensuring a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Follow-Up Diligently follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into satisfied customers, ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Sales Targets Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Product Knowledge Stay updated on State Farm’s products and services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
  • Collaboration Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Documentation Accurately document and maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
  • Feedback Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or outside sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
